About the Journal

1. About Us

Frontiers in Bioscience-Scholar (Scholar) is comprised of reviews in basic and clinical science. Starting from 2021, our international board of research-active academic Editors, led by Editor-in-Chief Undurti N. Das, is comprised of leaders in their respective fields.

Scholar is a modern forum of scientific communication for global researchers, without regard to gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, religion, or socio-economic status. Opinion and information that are useful to investigators in any discipline in biology and medicine including biochemistry, molecular biology, botany, agronomy, microbiology, parasitology, virology, immunology, biotechnology, marine biology, clinical and basic medicine, biomedical engineering, genetics, epidemiology and preventive medicine, ecology, entomology, bioinformatics will be published after they have been peer-reviewed. This will include full review papers, mini-reviews and opinion pieces on any topic within the scope of the Journal.

Starting from 2021, all of all content of Scholar is available online, and is fully viewable and searchable. All manuscripts of Scholar are published as open access articles under the unrestricted CC-BY license. The copyright is retained by the author(s).

BRI will insert the following note in the footer of the first page of the published text:
